# Falcon 9 launches 27 @Starlink satellites from California

SpaceX successfully launched 27 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The mission further expanded SpaceX’s Starlink broadband constellation, which now numbers more than 11,000 active satellites.
